InstruSafe Instrument Protection Trays protect and organize delicate surgical instruments during the sterilization, transport, and storage processes. They are highly perforated aluminum trays with silicone feet and retractable handles. Instruments are secured by a large variety of soft and durable silicone holders in the base and cover to provide 360 degrees of protection. They can be wrapped or used in conjunction with rigid sterilization containers and can be sterilized with various sterilization processes. InstruSafe Trays can be customized to accommodate virtually any set of surgical instruments and after initial purchase can be reconfigured as instrument sets change.

Transporting da Vinci SP®, da Vinci Xi® endoscopes, and EndoWrist® instruments appropriately and effectively is a difficult task. Can be used with any large item for soaking/transport. Available with quick drain feature — no need to tip container to drain.

Standard and Heavy-Duty Transport Containers

Multiple sizes and designed with a silicone gasket and locking lid to reduce spills and leakage while transporting contaminated instruments. Also, you can easily identify content through the transparent amber color. Hinged lid option available.
